Home Alone

While my entire family was away. I took good care of myself and cook decent meals.
Well...at least for breakfast :x

Day 1 - Parents are still home, so they prepared the breakfast.

Day 2 - Sis tapao lomaikai and charsiupao for me ;)



Day 3 - I had a really good mood in the morning so I took time cooking breakfast and I was late to class cos I took too much time cooking eating and washing dishes wtffml



Day 4 - Lazy morning. Had milk and swiss rolls I bought from the previous day. Chocolate swiss roll from BreadTalk is yyums :) The green tea tasted too heavy :s


At that point of my life, I've totally given up cooking because I'm too tired of cooking for just me alone and washing the entire kitchen and 43785345 pots every time I cook. -_- I only cook dinner and skipped lunch. The first thing I told my mom when she was back, "Mom, I miss your cookings."

Happy Mooncake Festival! 

Had BBQ for dinner omg lamb chop pork chop and chicken wings and satay sauce and nasi empit and my fav blackpepper sausages and my other love; potato salad :D No pictures were taken cos I was too hungry I arranged the food with failed culinary arts attempt and ugh, nevermind. Chomped all the food and my workouts all gone. Wasted D:

My family don't usually celebrate this day playing lanterns and candles cos I'm the youngest and my siblings are all too old wtf oldhags :x Anywayssss CNY is more important heheh :) I'm now showing my face in living room. Although we're not out looking at the bright moon (is the moon there? wtf cos it's gonna rain soon), I think it's the same sitting in the same room with my dad. I'm munching on peppermint+chocolate mooncake. And him with his beer and I'm stuck here listening to him nagging about not drinking outside without his supervision fml. It's okay it made me smile. As long as he's happy, then I am. Mom is...uh...busy at kitchen. She tak boleh duduk diam one wtf kidding.

Trying to do my work here. SYP is nagging now pfft.

Had lunch at Bukit Tinggi.

The shop owner speaks Hainanese and asked me if I know how to say "apple" in Hainanese wtf do you know there's only 10% of Hainanese people among all the Chinese people in Malaysia I'm a rare species wuhu and the monotone lady on the banner is Wong Chui Ling.

They own the entire land for coconut plantation since their main selling point is the todi! This one doesn't stink as much, and it's sweet unlike some others I've tried.

The Lims came over at night and we had Domino's and kaiyiks and eggs and coke and laughed at Baby Lim. T_T So touching boohoo cos they came over for me sob. I asked for a simple happy dinner cos that's what I wanted the most yalah I know I sound damn drama and missworld like that worldpeace aduh.

But I seriously wants happiness more than any other thing. Money still important la ok.

So, headed for dimsum instead @ TeoChew Restaurant.
Neigh. The one located opposite Pudu Jail, behind the bus stop. Huge ass sign written "RESTORAN TEOCHEW". I bet everyone who pass by there will surely notice the sign board.
It looks pretty good when we got in. Food are pretty...pretty deceiving I mean.

Only taken photo of 2 dishes because I got disappointed.
Anyways, the dimsum are really really pretty and looks appetizing.
I'm not saying that the taste sucks to the max.
But, imagine munching on tasteless meat? You cannot differentiate what meat is that. Pork or chicken or prawn or fish, all have the same taste, or maybe tasteless. And it's from a well known restaurant since the old KL era; according to my Dad.

The har gao as an example. It has 2 prawns in each pouch. The prawns are very chewy but the sweetness of the prawn is not there D: You geddit?

That's not the worst part.

The total bill came up to RM100.80 for 5 pax. And we're people with very shallow stomach.

WTF?!!!!
Dimsum at Connaught for 9 pax also doesn't cost that much wtf.
I don't mind the price if it's really good. But...*roll eyes*

No, not the second time anymore.
Once is enough, twice is a disaster :x
